This look came together with my recent obsession of pairing neutral creamy tones. Creams and beiges feel a bit more contemporary for fall and finding complimenting or like shades helps you achieve a sophisticated look. Creating a monochromatic neutral look is something that you absolutely cannot. Just look for similar shades, and play with different textures and shapes to create a standout look. Stick to one statement piece – in this case, my TY-LR jacket. It is a timeless jacket that I immediately fell in love with. I cannot wait to wear this classic coat throughout the Fall and into winter! Expect a winter white look very soon.

Simple, minimal, easy.

Spring To Summer #LFLWellness6 Challenge – Week 3: Get Moving

Happy Tuesday everyone! I just got back from a quick trip to Boston over the weekend, for a little work and a little play, but definitely had some time to unwind, recharge and disconnect for a bit. I can’t wait to hear how you all made out with last week’s’ challenge, which you can read all about in this post. I had so much fun trying new recipes, like these Pepper Shell Tacos from The Toasted Pine Nut, which was a fan favorite because they were flavorful, easy and SO good. I also made my famous pan-seared salmon, with a side of this healthy broccoli slaw recipe, and instead of mayo, I used non-fat greek yogurt.
